Alexandra Johnson - CEO

Alex is an experienced manager, qualified in Marketing Management, with over 24 years’ experience spanning the education, public, and charity sectors. Starting in student engagement within education, Alex moved into the public and voluntary sectors in 2000, where they have since made a significant impact.

They have led the development and management of mixed‑use buildings and business centres, helping people explore self‑employment and launch their own businesses. With extensive local and regional networks across the business and voluntary sectors, Alex works tirelessly to ensure communities are heard and represented.

Outside of work, Alex is a keen netball player, a repeat Great North Run finisher, and—continuing a theme in our team—a devoted dog lover.
