How we do it
We believe that lasting change happens when people are given the right support, at the right time, in a way that works for them.
We work in partnership with employers, training providers, community organisations and specialist services to create opportunities that help people build confidence, develop skills and achieve their goals. These opportunities include work experience, volunteering, peer mentoring, training, business support and employment pathways.
Our Explore, Start, Grow approach was shaped by the voices and experiences of the people we support. It provides a clear but flexible pathway that helps individuals explore their potential, start taking positive steps towards their goals and grow in confidence, skills and independence.
By combining personalised one-to-one support with practical opportunities and strong community partnerships, we help people overcome barriers, realise their potential and create brighter futures.
